Next year marks a historical milestone for The Hilton Head Island Concours dElegance Motoring Festival. Hilton Head Island Concours dElegance, Inc., a 501(c)( 3) Non-Profit Organization, is a special, multi-day “Lowcountry” motoring experience that informs the neighborhood and entertains while supporting youth programs.
